Viewing My Student Account

Your enrollment triggers charges for tuition and required fees. Your total charges and credits for tuition, fees, housing, etc., as well as any previously unpaid balances, are recorded in your student account. Not included in your student account are library fines, parking fines and judicial fines.

You are expected to have made the necessary financial arrangements to pay your tuition and fees before registering for classes. The account must be paid by the fee payment deadline to avoid late fees. The university does not mail out billing invoices.

Among other things, you can check on the status of a refund being issued due to a credit balance on the account. Financial aid will send you an e-mail notifying you that they have disbursed your aid to the Student Account Serivices office for refunding. Student Account Services will then process your refund in the form of a check or via direct deposit.
