Schedule A Meeting With Student Account Services

Schedule a virtual appointment with a Student Accounts advisor to discuss your UCF Student Account. Due to the limited number of appointments available, appointments should be reserved to gather information not accessible through myUCF or available on the UCF Student Accounts website. Appointments are available for booking up to 2 weeks in advance.

Note: Student Accounts Advisors can only address questions pertaining to your student account and briefly address any general Financial Aid questions.

Note: Due to FERPA laws, we are unable to discuss a student’s account with anyone but the student. Students do have the ability to grant authorized access to parents, guardians, or other parties through their myUCF account. This is the only way for a student to allow a parent, guardian, or other party to be able to discuss information about the student account with a representative. Identity verification will be required before the start of each appointment.
